The aim of GaiaTreeYoga TT program is to offer a professional education and to create highly qualified, skilled, competent and deeply motivated new yoga teachers, to support their personal and professional development, and to encourage a conscious and responsible approach to mind, body and the whole human being.
The understanding and practice of asana is the milestone of the program, and is complemented with the study of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and anatomy. A considerable feedback is incorporated into all teaching sessions. CONTENTS: Week 1 - Silence and Purification Time for tuning, learning, mauna, introspection, reflection. Personal guidance and follow up. Strong practice, simple vegetarian food, purification through simple kriyas (yogic clensing tecniques). - Practice: Ashtanga Led & Mysore

- Energetic Anatomy: chakras - nadis - subtle bodies

Week 3 - Rejoice Time for stronger practice, students' teaching the class and meditaton, sangha time - Philosophy: Bhagavad Gita / Kashmir Shaivism

- Students teaching: hands-on adjustments and teaching to mixed level class
- Prenatal Yoga
